Pilates
We are dedicated to bringing the best Pilates training and instructors to Houston. All of our Pilates Instructors are trained through Stott. With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, Pilates is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without bulking up or stressing your joints. Performed on a mat or specialized equipment, Pilates is a fitness regime for a lifetime and a perfect compliment to cardiovascular exercise, sport, or rehabilitation.

Mat Classes. Mat based classes are free to all of our members. In these classes we use arc barrels, foam rollers, fitness circles, bands, and balls.

Introduction Package. Four private sessions to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and some beginner exercises on mat and equipment. Each session is 45 minutes in duration and the cost is $225.00

Reformer Classes. Increase the challenge to your core strength and stability with added resistance and flowing movement. Our Reformer classes have a maximum of five individuals, so the instructor is able to give attention to proper form and technique.

Levels of classes:

Basic Reformer – Level 1. First level of Pilates equipment classes. You will learn the basic principles and fundamentals of Pilates.

Cardio Pilates – Level 2. This is an interval class using the cardio tramp to increase the heart rate. Some Pilates experience is needed for proper technique. This is a fun class that will keep you moving and burning calories!!!

Circuit – Level 3. Advanced class using Reformer/V2Max, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder/Barrel, Cardio Tramp and Mat work. Your Pilates movements will be challenged and your heart rate will be elevated through intervals decided by your instructor. Experience on equipment and mat based exercises required.

Reformer Level 2 – Full Essential Reformer repertoire using the Reformer. Standing stability work may also be a part of this class. Requirement of Basic Reformer before attending.

Reformer Level 2.5 – Proficient with Essential Repertoire and some Intermediate Exercises. Introduction to tower exercises.

Reformer Level 3 – Intermediate exercises using the Reformer /V2Max, along with added props.

Reformer Level 4 – Intermediate and advanced exercises using the Reformer/V2Max, along with added props. Other equipment might be incorporated, along with Mat exercises. Previous experience is required.​​
Pilates Personal Training
Take the benefits of Pilates to a whole new level through personal training using our highly specialized Instructors and equipment. Working with our trained Stott Pilates Instructors you will receive a total body workout customized to your needs and goals. The equipment that is used during these sessions includes: "Cadillac," Ladder Barrel/Barrels, Reformer,Spine Corrector / Spine Supporter, Stability Chair and more.
