The Memorial Athletic Club offers a variety of aerobics classes to fit everyone's needs and fitness levels. All of our classes develop cardiovascular endurance (aerobics), flexibility and strength, with emphasis on proper body alignment and injury prevention. All instructors are supervised under the guidance of the Aerobic Fitness Association of America (A.F.A.A.), the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.), and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Schedule. 165 classes per week included in membership! Classes are offered seven days a week, virtually all hours of the day. The MAC studios utilize the safest floor system on the market, professionally designed sound and air conditioning systems, and an invigorating atmosphere. Our caring instructors and state-of-the-art studio truly make MAC #1.

MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE belts are available for purchase at the MAC or MAC for Women.
