New Program for Our Young Athletes

The MAC, Bicycle World of Houston, and TriMAC are very excited to announce the formation of a new TRIATHLON program for boys and girls ages 11 to 16 years. The Bicycle World Junior League is a program designed to introduce kids to the sport of triathlon.

MAC members participating in the program are eligible for a partial scholarship

New Classes for the Spring Schedule
Starting April 1st
Thursday 7:30am Core Fusion w/Carla
A blend of fitness, Pilates, Yoga & BARRE, this core-centric class focuses on sculpting abs, toning the legs and lifting the butt.  All levels welcome.
Saturday 8am Advanced Yoga w/Carla
Vinyasa style class based on a strong focus of core moves and poses leading to arm balances and inversions and other more advanced asanas.  This class geared towards the intermediate and advanced student.
Saturday 10am The BARRE Method w/ Sarah
A full body workout guaranteed to lengthen and strengthen muscles especially the core, legs and glutes. 
Kids Classes added on Friday’s
4pm MACKIDS I w/Emma
Ages 3-5 years old
4:30pm MACKIDS II w/Emma
Ages 6-10 years old

American Red Cross
The MAC is an Authorized Provider of American Red Cross Swim Lessons. Registration for Winter/Spring aquatic programs starts Decemer 1, 2013. Programs include Learn to Swim, Youth Aquafit and Swim Team Stroke Development.
